1. Who we are
CSE Codex PH is an independent Professional-level Civil Service Exam reviewer. We are a private study service. We are not the Civil Service Commission (CSC), not a government office, and not an official exam site.
The brand name, shield, lessons, practice items, mock exam, and recognition titles are provided by the CSE Codex PH team.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, signing in, paying for access, or using free practice, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Student Conduct rules.
If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not send payment.
3. The service
CSE Codex PH provides original review materials for the Professional Civil Service Exam: short lessons, video lessons, scored practice, a timed mock examination, progress tracking, Word Hunt, a built-in Word Bank, announcements, and recognition titles.
Free sample items may be used without an account. Full access requires an activated enrollment.
We may add, edit, or retire materials as we improve the desk. Enrollment does not freeze the question bank on the day you pay.
4. Accounts
You must register with a working email you control. Pay with that same account. QR Ph confirmation opens the desk for that email.
One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Do not share a login.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is used by more than one person, that uses a false identity, or that breaks these terms.
5. Enrollment and payment
The published fee is ₱255 for 1 year of access, unless the reviewer desk shows a different figure. It is a one-time payment for that access window, not a government fee.
Payment is made through QR Ph on this site. Creating an account does not by itself grant access.
Access starts when QR Ph payment is confirmed, not on the day you only create the account. Keep your receipt and the registered email together.
If enrollment is marked closed on the site, do not send payment.
6. Access period
Once activated, access runs for 1 year from the activation date, unless your reviewer records a different end date on your account.
When the period ends, paid materials close. Your account may remain so you can enroll again if the desk is open.
We do not extend access for inactivity, missed study days, or a postponed CSC exam, except where your reviewer agrees in writing.
7. No pass guarantee
CSE Codex PH is a study aid. We do not promise that you will pass the Civil Service Exam, receive an eligibility, or be appointed to any post.
Exam dates, coverage, and rules are set by the CSC. Always confirm official information on CSC channels.
8. Intellectual property
Lessons, questions, explanations, titles, the shield logo, and the site design are owned by CSE Codex PH. They are original work of the team. They are not CSC exam papers.
A paid enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable license to study on this site during your access period. It does not let you copy, sell, screenshot for groups, upload to drive folders, or republish items.
Free sample items remain our property. You may answer them on this site. You may not scrape or republish them.
9. Acceptable use
Use the desk only for your own Civil Service Exam preparation. Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service. Do not post malware or abusive content in any form we provide.
Serious breaches are described in the Student Conduct policy and may end access without refund.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Price, access length, and enrollment status on the live site control new enrollments. They do not silently shorten an access period already granted, unless we must do so for legal or security reasons and we notify affected students.
11. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as a private reviewer. To the fullest extent allowed under Philippine law, CSE Codex PH is not liable for exam results, lost opportunity, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the desk.
If a court finds that we owe a student a remedy for paid access, that remedy is limited to the enrollment fee actually paid for the then-current access period.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue for disputes is the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
