Fair use

Student Conduct

Rules that protect the question bank and keep the desk fair for every Codex Enrollee.

Effective 29 September 2026 · CSE Codex PH

1. Personal use only

Your login is for you alone. Do not share it with a classmate, a group chat, or a review shop. A shared account may be closed without refund.

2. Do not leak items

Do not copy, photograph, type out, or upload lessons, questions, or explanations to Facebook groups, Telegram, Google Drive, printed booklets, or another reviewer.

The bank is original work. Leaking it harms every Codex Enrollee who paid for a fair desk and is grounds for immediate removal.

3. Honest practice

Do not attempt to extract the full key, scrape pages, or bypass timers on the mock exam. Use the mock as a timed sitting, the way the real exam demands.

4. Respect the desk

Do not abuse announcements, support channels, or other Codex Enrollees. Harassment, spam, or threats are not allowed.

5. Security

If you think someone else used your account, change your password and write to your CSE Codex PH reviewer at once. We may pause access while we check.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or close an account that breaks these rules. Willful leaking or resale of items is treated as a serious breach. In that case unused days are not refunded.

We may also refuse a later enrollment from the same person or email.
